Complaints

For any complaints, the client should first contact La Palme Partners in order to seek an amicable resolution. Complaints, submitted by letter should be addressed to:

La Palme Partners is commited to:

- Acknowledge receipt of the complaint within ten business days.
- Provide a response within a maximum of two months from the date the complaint was sent, except in the case of specific circumstances duly justified.

If the response to the complaint is not satisfactory, the client may refer the matter to the appropriate consumer mediator as follows:
